O dispositivo comporta um subconjunto monobloco (1) em aço inoxidável moldado, comportando uma parte principal em forma de disco (4) montada sobre um flange (2) do reservatório (3) e definindo pelo menos dois canais (8, 9) de passagem de fluido, tipicamente para o enchimento, a colocação no ar, e o estiramento de fases líquidas e gasosas aquecidas por aquecedores atmosféricos (23; 30) para o fornecimento (31) de um fluxo gasoso controlado. Aplicação notadamente aos reservatórios criogênicos de oxigênio medicinal para oxigenoterapia.
