Abstract
"AGENTE ANTIVIRAL PARA VÍRUS RESISTENTES A DROGAS". Caracterizado pelo fato de que, o 2-amino-6-ariltiopurinofosfonato utilizado no agente antiviral da presente invenção, não apresenta toxicidade, tal como inibição do crescimento celular de medula óssea ou mutagenicidade, e possui alta atividade antiviral, absorção oral e segurança. Além disso, o composto da presente invenção é eficaz para um vírus mutante que conhecidamente exibe resistência aos agentes antivirais convencionais. Portanto, a presente invenção pode fornecer um agente antiviral útil que leva ao estabelecimento de um método de tratamento de hepatite B, o que é um objeto importante na área médica.
