"SISTEMA DE ISOLAMENTO CONTRA DETRITOS ACOPLADO A OBTURADORES". Utilizado para prevenir o depósito de partículas de areia que penetram nos espaços entre os componentes do equipamento, eliminando suas folgas e como conseqüência impedindo a desinstalação do equipamento do poço. O sistema é constituído de um batedor fixo (1), um elemento expansivo (2), um energizador uni-direcional (3), um anel trava (4) e um corpo (5) que serve como elemento de sustentação do sistema. O elemento expansivo (2), fabricado em material moldável, ao receber a pressão do energizador uni-direcional (3) contra o batedor fixo (1), expande-se chegando seu diâmetro externo alcançar o diâmetro interno do tubo de revestimento do poço, isolando o obturador das partículas de areia.
