Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICA-ÇÃO DE CUBOS PARA RODAS DE BICICLETAS EM ALUMÍNIO INJETADO SOB PRESSÃO". Em que o processo se resume no confeccionamento de um molde para injeção de um par de peças (cubo dianteiro e cubo traseiro para rodas de bicicletas) sob pressão, com uma "liga" de metal conhecida como SAE-308 de alumínio ou outras, tendo início com a fusão do metal (Alumínio Liga SAE-308 ou outras) em fornos elétricos ou a gás GLP ou mesmo a óleo, à uma temperatura aproximada de 750 C".
