Compreendendo corpo (1) com uma extremidade na forma de conexão rosqueada (2) e a outra na forma de conexão para mangueira (3), ambas alinhadas axialmente e em comunicação com um furo intermediário (4), transversalmente praticado no corpo (1), onde forma-se alojamento para um torno (6) que, além de ser acionado por uma alavanca (17), também apresenta furos (24-25) que permitem diferentes regulagens de vazão entre as conexões (2-3).
