Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE CITALOPRAM; DE UM COMPOSTO DE FÓRMULA IV, CITALOPRAM E SUA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". Revela-se um método para a preparação de citalopram compreendendo reagir 5-carboxiftalida sucessivamente com um reagente de Grignard de 4-halo-fluorofenil e um reagente de Grignard de 3-halo-N,N-dimetil-propilamino e então efetuar o fechamento em anel do composto resultante de Fórmula XI seguido de conversão do composto de Fórmula IV em citalopram. Também são revelados métodos para a fabricação e conversão do composto de Fórmula IV.
