Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE SOLA COM GÁSPEA FECHADA E MATRIZ PARA EXECUTÁ-LO". Na tampa(03) da matriz, na região da gáspea, há uma solução de continuidade, onde há uma cavidade (04) para alojar a gáspea (18). Em um dos lados tem um corte em plano inclinado (05) de onde elevam-se pinos-guia (06) que penetram nos orifícios (14) da peça removível (13) e no outro lado na parede (19) há dois orifícios (07), onde passam dois pinos deslizantes (08) que penetram nos dois orifícios (15) da peça removível (13), travando-a na posição. Na face interna da peça removível (13) projetam-se pinos pontiagudos periféricos (16), que penetram nos orifícios (17) da borda do cabedal (18), ancorando-o.
