A presente invenção é referente a um elemento de bloqueio de um paramento (13), caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende um perfilado (1) sensivelmente em U sobre o fundo (2) do qual o paramento (13) é destinado a ser colocado, o dito perfilado (1) possuindo pelo menos uma excrescência (11, 12) em relação ao dito fundo (2) para o bloqueio do paramento (13).
