Abstract

"MECANISMO DE CONTROLE DE PRESSÃO PARA APARELHO DE MOLDAGEM". Onde uma máquina de moldar por injeção possui quatro tirantes que se estendem através e entre uma placa móvel e uma placa fixa que carregam as metades de um molde. Para permitir à placa móvel suportar as forças que surgem durante um processo de moldagem, um mecanismo de controle de pressão inclusive um pistão é associado a cada tirante e recebido dentro de rebaixo correspondente provido na placa móvel. É também necessário agarrar os tirantes durante a moldagem e um mecanismo de agarre é conectado ao pistão de modo que o mecanismo de agarre e o pistão efetivamente formem uma única unidade. o mecanismo de agarre consiste de um par de castanhas de agarre movíveis transversalmente e movidas por meio de um disco giratório que também é provido na unidade singela móvel.
