Tais elementos compreendendo uma palheta (12) de perfil arqueado, apresentando em um de seus extremos uma garra (11) definida por um "U" invertido e em seu outro extremo uma projeção em "L" invertido (13), sendo previsto um perfil de elastômero (10) encaixado no interior da garra (11) para recepção do extremo de outra palheta idêntica (12).
