A presente invenção, em apenas um envólucro, conjuga as funções de ventilar, aquecer ou resfriar e umidificar o ambiente, proporcionando, desta forma, maior conforto, com baixo consumo de energia. Constitui-se de um reservatório de líquido, um nebulizador mecânico, um ventilador e um banco de resistências, todos elementos controlador por um circuito elétrico/eletrônico.
