A qual é formada de faixas (F) desenvolvidas verticalmente, lado a lado, tais faixas formando uma tela (T) que representa, em cores e em detalhes, a fachada real do edifício (E) depois de pronta, de modo a evitar-se a visão do edifício em construção, não-acabado, e dar a impressão ao observador de um edifício "acabado", pronto, muito embora ainda esteja em construção, à medida que se eleva.
