Abstract

"FILTRO DE FLUXO PLENO". Um filtro de fluido pleno (300, Fig. 15) possui um alojamento (302) estendendo-se, de forma axial, ao longo de um eixo geométrico (304) e um elemento de filtro pregueado (318) tendo uma pluralidade de pregas num ânulo de laço fechado, tendo um perímetro externo (320) definido por uma pluralidade de pontas de pregas externas, um perímetro interno (322) definido por uma pluralidade de pontas de pregas internas e um interior oco (324) estendendo-se ao longo do eixo geométrico. O fluido flui substancialmente direto, de forma axial através do elemento de filtro, com dobra e mudança de direção mínimas, minimizando a restrição de fluxo.
