"APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM DISPOSITIVO DE CONTENÇÃO CARDÍACA". Dispositivo (1) este constituído por malha elástica (2), cirurgicamente implantada no coração (C) do paciente, dita malha sendo dotada de fios condutores (3), de material apropriado, devidamente entrelaçados aos fios da dita malha (2), ou configurando suporte para uma segunda malha (4) integrada à primeira, e formada por uma multiplicidade de fios condutores (4a), de material apropriado, ou ainda sendo totalmente confeccionada em material condutor apropriado, resultando em uma malha condutora de espera, a ser interligada a marcapasso biventricular e/ou a desfibrilador.
