A presente invenção refere-se a uma combinação de epítopos compreendendo pelo menos oito epítopos de células T do SARS-CoV2, bem como o uso da referida combinação (conjunto de epítopos). Os referidos epítopos são amplamente reconhecidos pelos linfócitos T CD4+ da maioria esmagadora dos indivíduos convalescentes da COVID-19.
