Trata o presente invento de um instrumento de escrita e desenho de baixo custo e descartável, sendo básicamente uma caneta similar a uma esferográfica comum, porém com reservatório cheio de "grafite líquido" (solução de grafite coloidal), sendo seu traço, idêntico ao de um lápis ou lapiseira comum, podendo ser facilmente apagado com uma borracha vulgar.
