"DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURANÇA DE ANTECIPAÇÃO DE FRENAGEM". Que avisa, antecipadamente, para o motorista que vem atrás, mediante a utilização de sinal luminoso adequadamente posicionado na parte traseira do veículo, que o motorista da frente irá imprimir uma desaceleração ao seu veículo um instante de tempo antes de fazê-lo, ato esse realizado pela retirada do pé do pedal do acelerador, fazendo atuar um interruptor que faz acender uma lanterna traseira auxiliar.
