Abstract
"CHAPA DE IMPRESSÃO LITOGRÁFICA DIGITAL TÉRMICA". Um elemento termicamente imaginável, útil como um precursor de chapa de impressão litográfica é descrito. O elemento compreende um substrato hidrofílico; uma camada inferior compreendendo um primeiro material polimérico; e uma camada superior receptora de tinta compreendendo um segundo material polimérico e um componente de supressão de solubilidade. O componente de supressão de solubilidade pode ser um composto inibidor de dissolução separado e/ou o segundo material polimérico pode também funcionar como um componente de supressão de solubilidade. Em exposição térmica, as regiões expostas da camada superior tornam-se mais facilmente solúveis em um revelador aquoso, permitindo o revelador para remover a camada de topo e revelar a superfície do substrato hidrofílico. A chapa de impressão litográfica desse formada tem propriedades excelentes, incluindo a ausência de deposição de resíduo do revelador.
