Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA MOLDAR UM TUBO DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO, APARELHO PARA MOLDAR UMA CABEÇA DE UM MATERIAL MOLDÁVEL, CABEÇA MOLDADA, E, RECIPIENTE DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO TUBULAR". Um elemento de distribuição tubular tem uma cabeça cujo ombro é unido a um corpo tubular. A cabeça e o ombro podem ser finos, em virtude de eles serem providos com uma pluralidade de nervuras que se estendem axialmente do pescoço até a extremidade inferior do ombro e que enrijecem a cabeça. Um elemento macho da matriz (52) forma o interior da cabeça, e tem entalhes axiais (54) que são projetados para formar as nervuras na superfície interior da cabeça durante a sua moldagem. Um corpo tubular fica posicionado no mandril macho (56) que fica axialmente alinhado com o elemento fêmea da matriz que forma a cabeça.
