Abstract
"MOLDE PARA MOLDAR UMA LENTE DE CONTATO E MÉTODO PARA IMPEDIR A FORMAÇÃO DE PEQUENOS FIOS DE MATERIAL DE LENTE DE CONTATO DURANTE A FABRICAÇÃO DE LENTES DE CONTATO". A invenção provê um molde (21)para moldar uma lente de contato, incluindo um coletor de fluxo excedente (38)que faz com que a mistura reativa (23)seja acumulada e não se espalhe, como faria, na superfície tipicamente plana de um molde da técnica anterior. A invenção ainda provê um método para impedir a formação de pedaços contaminados da mistura reativa de fluxo excedente impedindo-se que a mistura reativa de fluxo excedente se espalhe no molde (21).
