Abstract
"FORMA DE DOSAGEM DE DROGA BASEADA EM HIDROGEL". Uma forma de dosagem de liberação controlada tem um núcleo revestido em que o núcleo inclui uma composição que contém a droga e uma composição que expande em contato com a água, ocupando cada um destes regiões distintas dentro do núcleo. A composição contendo a droga compreende uma droga de baixa solubilidade e um agente veiculante da droga. O revestimento do núcleo é permeável à água, insolúvel em água e apresenta pelo menos um canal de liberação que o atravessa. Revela-se uma diversidade de formulações com perfís específicos de liberação de drogas.
