Abstract
"MÉTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO E DE TESTE DE AMOSTRAS PULVERIZADAS USANDO TESTES DE FITA IMUNOCROMATOGRÁFICA". Um método e um kit para processar e testar amostras pulverizadas são aqui proporcionados. A amostra pulverizada é combinada com um fluido, para produzir uma polpa ou uma suspensão líquida, e a polpa é posta em contato com uma fita de teste imunocromatográfica contendo reagentes detectáveis que são imunorreativos com um analito a ser detectado na amostra. O método é particularmente útil para a análise de produtos agrícolas ou colheitas, tal como a identificação de grãos recombinantes.
