Abstract
"CIRCUITO HÍBRIDO DE ALTA TENSÃO". Esta invenção diz respeito a um circuito híbrido de semi-condutor modulável por uma corrente de comando para monitoramento em tensão, que comporta um diodo de alta tensão único (1), polarizado ao inverso, circundado por pelo menos dois diodos que emitem uma radiação infra-vermelha (2 a 4) alimentados em série pelo sinal de comando e dispostos para permitir uma interação óptica com o diodo de alta tensão (1), sendo que os ditos diodos (1 a 4) são encapsulados cheios de uma resina de revestimento (6) que apresenta um índice de transmissão elevado no infra-vermelho, e revestido por um material (5) que reflete no infra-vermelho.
