Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA A REDUÇÃO DE NITROSAMINAS ESPECÍFICAS DO TABACO". O tabaco é tratado antes ou durante a cura para diminuir ou eliminar populações e/ou atividade bacteriana, crescimento fúngico e/ou níveis de nitrosaminas específicas do tabaco ou endotoxina bacteriana no tabaco curado, onde o tabaco é tratado com uma quantidade eficaz de uma solução de lavagem. Tabaco curado ao ar pode ser curado em quatro semanas ou menos quando tratado com uma solução de lavagem de sais de bicarbonato.
