Abstract
"INIBIDORES HETEROCÍCLICOS DE TROCA DE SÓDIO/PRÓTON E MÉTODO". São fornecidos heterocíclicos que são inibidores de troca de sódio/próton (NHE) que têm a estrutura (I) em que n é 1 a 5, X é N ou C-R^ 5^ em que R^ 5^ é H, halo, alquenila, alquinila, alcóxi, alquila, aril ou heteroaril; Z é um grupo heteroaril, R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são na forma aqui definida, e onde X é N, R^ 1^ é, preferivelmente, aril ou heteroaril, e são úteis como agentes antianginais e cardioprotetores. Além disso, é fornecido um método de prevenir ou tratar angina pectória, disfunção cardíaca, necrose miocardial, e arritmia, empregando-se os derivados heterocíclicos anteriores.
