"CORAÇÃO ORTOPÉDICO TOTALMENTE ARTIFICIAL". Um coração ortopédico totalmente artificial para substituir o coração humano, compreendendo um novo projeto de duas câmaras sangüíneas montadas com um layout original entre si e entre suas portas de entrada e de saída, tendo suas vias de saída e suas portas de saída transpostas em relação à anatomia normal do coração natural. Esse projeto permite um aproveitamento significativamente melhor do espaço dentro do mediastino anterior do que na prática anterior; obtendo o encaixe anatômico necessário.
