É fornecido um novo fungicida que possui altos efeitos controladores sobre doenças vegetais particularmente sobre míldio em pó do trigo e o bolor cinzento do pepino, sem efeitos prejudiciais sobre as plantas de cultivo. Um derivado de carbamato representado pela fórmula geral [I] {em que X é um átomo de halogênio, um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 6~, alquila ou similar, n é 0 ou um número inteiro de 1 até 4, R^ 1^ é um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, R~ 2~ é um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila ou similar, R~ 3~ é um átomo de hidrogênio ou C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquila, G é um átomo de oxigênio, um átomo de enxofre ou similar, Y é um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 10~ alquila, um grupo C~ 2~-C~ 10~ alquenila ou similar e Q é um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 6~ haloalquila, um grupo fenila ou similar} e um fungicida para agricultura/horticultura contendo o mesmo como o ingrediente ativo.
