Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR FERRAMENTAS MICROABRASIVAS". Uma ferramenta microabrasiva é formada a partir de uma pasta fluida que inclui líquido, grãos abrasivos, um material de ligação, e um polímero por exemplo, a goma gellan. A pasta-fluida é fundida em um molde, e o polímero é reticulado de forma iônica. A reticulação do polímero fixa a estrutura do material de ligação e os grãos abrasivos, em que os grãos abrasivos são dispersos substancial e uniformemente dentro do material de ligação. A estrutura reticulada de forma iônica de material de ligação e grãos abrasivos pode então ser queimada para formar uma ferramenta microabrasiva.
