Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE MELAMINA". A invenção refere--se a um método de produção de melamina. De acordo com o método da invenção, a fusão de melamina contendo NH~ 3~ que é descarregada de um reator de melamina de alta pressão é expandida em um reator de base fluidificada que é substancialmente operado com NH~ 3~, como gás de processamento, opcionalmente após separação dos gases de descarga, envelhecimento e esfriamento da fusão. A fusão é esfriada com melamina sólida ou substâncias inertes sólidas e solidificada. NH~ 3~ frio, de preferência NH3 líquido, é adicionado ao gás de processamento que é opcionalmente pré-tratado por meio de ciclones e/ou filtros para purificá-lo, permitindo desse modo a precipitação de melamina sólida.
