Abstract
"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA ENDURECER AS SUPERFÍCIES DOS MANCAIS DE EIXOS DE MANIVELA". Esta invenção refere-se a um procedimento para endurecer as superfícies do mancal ( H1, H2, H3, H4 ) de uma haste ou eixo, em particular de um eixo de manivela ( 2 ) ou de um eixo de comando de válvulas, no qual as superfícies do mancal ( H1-H4 ) a serem endurecidas são endurecidas sequencialmente com a haste ou eixo girando em torno de seu eixo longitudinal ( L ) por meio de um dispositivo de aquecimento e têmpera ( 3 ), no qual a distorção da haste ou do eixo que surge na área da respectiva superfície do mancal ( H1 ) durante o curso do endurecimento é determinada, no qual a haste ou o eixo é apoiado por pelo menos um dispositivo de suporte ( 9 ) durante o endurecimento de uma superfície do mancal ( H1-H6 ), o qual é colocado contra uma superfície de mancal previamente endurecida ( H1 ), e no qual o ajuste do dispositivo de suporte ( 9 ) é regulado levando-se em conta a distorção determinada para a superfície do mancal ( H1 ), contra a qual o dispositivo de suporte ( 9 ) está colocado, e um dispositivo que permita o endurecimento dos eixos de mancal com uma distorção mínima.
