Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO E MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UM REVESTIMENTO SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de revestimento curável em condições ambiente, com baixo VOC e alto teor de sólidos de duas embalagens, que inclui componentes reticulantes e aglutinantes. O componente reticulante inclui uma poliamina, uma policetimina ou uma de suas combinações. A poliamina é fornecida, em média, com pelo menos duas funcionalidades amina por cadeia de polímero e a policetimina é fornecida, em média, com pelo menos duas funcionalidades cetimina por cadeia de polímero. Um diluente reativo no componente aglutinante inclui uma macromolécula substancialmente livre de funcionalidades acrilato e que possui pelo menos duas funcionalidades acetoacetato por macromolécula. Se desejado, a composição de revestimento inclui um polímero aglutinante. A composição de revestimento da presente invenção é particularmente apropriada para revestimento de reacabamento automotivo.
