Uma forma polimórfica cristalina individual de citrato de (2S, 3S)-N-(metoxi-5-t-butilfenilmetil-2-difenilmetil-1 -azobiciclo[2,2,2]octan-3-amina (monohidrato de citrato) e sua composição farmacêutica. A composição farmacêutica da forma polimórfica do monohidrato de citrato tem estabilidade vantajosa para formulação para tratamento de êmese. A administração desta composição farmacêutica é de libertação imediata, a forma de dosagem oral preferencialmente por comprimido ou cápsula ou intravenosa.
