Onde a presente invenção é um sistema de construção de elementos de torção/toroidal que pode ser conectado para formar estruturas com maiores forças estruturais e eficiência, e a qual tem a capacidade de suportar cargas de compressão, tensão e flexão pela conversão de tais cargas para cargas de torção dos elementos conectados de torção/toroidal. A presente invenção também inclui métodos de construção usando elementos de torção/toroidal.
