Abstract
"MÉTODO DE MOLDAGEM PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE LENTES TERMOPLÁSTICAS FINAS". São mostrados novos métodos de moldagem para a fabricação de lentes termoplásticas finas e, em particular, lentes oftalmológicas finas, que têm uma espessura de cerca de 1 mm ou menos no ponto mais fino das mesmas. Os métodos de moldagem mostrados provêem lentes as quais carecem de quaisquer artefatos de abrasão ou de polimento na superficie e, também, carecem de quaisquer marcas de acabamento negativas abaixo da superfície nominal.
