A invenção se refere a um molde anular elástico (5) destinado a assegurar a moldagem de uma banda de rodagem crua (3) que recobre uma carcaça de pneumático vulcanizada (2), o molde sendo realizado em material borrachoso, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele possui um dispositivo (56, 61) de limitação de seu diâmetro em compressão.
