Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DERIVADOS DE ALFA-ALANINA". Novos derivados de beta-alanina da fórmula geral (I), em que Q~ 1~, Q~ 2~, Q~ 3~, Q~ 4~, R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^, R^ 4^, R^ 5^, R^ 6^ e n possuem os significados dados na reivindicação 1, bem como seus sais e solvatos fisiologicamente inofensivos são inibidores de integrina e podem ser empregados para o combate de tromboses, infarto do coração, doenças cardíacas coronarianas, arteriosclerose, inflamações, tumores, osteoporose, infecções e restenose após angioplastia ou em processos patológicos que são induzidos ou propagados por angiogênese.
