Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "CÂMARA DE BOMBEAMENTO PARA UMA PEÇA MANUAL DE LIQUEFAÇÃO". A presente invenção trata de uma peça manual cirúrgica dotada de pelo menos duas luzes ou tubos montados a um corpo. Pelo menos um dos tubos é usado para a aspiração e pelo menos o outro tubo é usado para injetar o fluido cirúrgico aquecido para liqüefazer uma lente ocular com catarata. Uma parte do segundo tubo é ampliada para formar a câmara de bombeamento. A câmera de bombeamento trabalha por ebulição de um pequeno volume do fluido cirúrgico. Na medida em que o fluido ferve, o mesmo se expande rapidamente, e desta forma impele o líquido a jusante da câmara de bombeamento para fora do segundo tubo. A câmara de bombeamento pode usar um par de eletrodos.
