Abstract
Patente de invenção para: "UNIDADE EXTRATORA DE PÓ DE GÁS DE ALTO-FORNO". O estágio de pré-purificação,de uma unidade extratora de pó para gás de alto-forno é formado por um ciclone de grande porte (10) que se constitui em um recipiente pressurizado (14) em posição vertical. Uma tubulação de gás (12) que se origina da boca do alto-forno está acoplada em um dispositivo introdutor (34, 26, 28, 50) axial na extremidade superior do recipiente pressurizado (14). O dispositivo introdutor (34, 26, 28, 50) está de tal modo configurado que introduz o gás de alto-forno axialmente no recipiente pressurizado (14). Um dispositivo de torção (58) com pás condutoras (66) está disposto abaixo do dispositivo introdutor axial (34, 26, 28, 50) e astribui ao gás de alto-forno, axialmente introduzido no recipiente pressurizado (14), um movimento torsional ao redor do eixo (30) do recipiente pressurizado (14).
