"MANIVELA PARA SOLTAR PIPA." Patente de Invenção de um aparelho muito simples composto de apenas três partes, para soltar pipas, feito de armação em ferro 2, sustentada em suporte plástico 1 que serve para segurar o aparelho e para depósito de linha. Acionando a peça 2 em sentido rotativo, enrola-se a linha na peça 1. O objetivo desse aparelho é evitar a perda de linha, proporcionar ao usuário um controle da pipa em movimento, e principalmente, evitar cortes na mão com a linha, em conseqüência da pressão do vento sobre a pipa.
