Patente de Invenção: "TRATAMENTO COMBINADO PARA DEPRESSÃO E ANSIEDADE" . A presente invenção refere-se a um método para o tratamento da depressão ou da ansiedade em um mamífero incluindo um ser humano, por administração ao mamífero de um antagonista do receptor NK-1 penetrando no CNS (por exemplo, uma substância antagonista do receptor P) em combinação com um agente antidepressivo ou com um anxiolítico. Também refere-se a composições farmacêuticas contendo um carreador farmaceuticamente aceitável, um antagonista do receptor NK-1 penetrando no CNS e um agente anxiolítico ou antidepressivo.
