"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM ENCOSTO DE CABEÇA A SER ADAPTÁVEL EM ENCOSTO DE BANCOS E/OU POLTRONAS". compreendida por um par de peças (10, 20, 20a, 20b) articuladas entre si por suas bordas superiores (11, 21), ditas peças (10, 20, 20a, 20b) obtidas em um único molde pelo processo de sopro, cada peça (10, 20, 20a, 20b) apresentando em sua face externa (12, 22) uma superfície convexa de contorno substancialmente trapezoidal com bordas laterais arredondadas, enquanto que internamente cada peça (10, 20, 20a, 20b) é provida de rebaixos, ressaltos, calhas e convolutas (13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) adequadamente dispostas, garantindo o encaixe macho e fêmea entre as peças (10, 20, 20a, 20b) e uma estrutura metálica (30) de sustentação do encosto de cabeça em sua condição montada sobre a borda superior do encosto (E) da poltrona ou banco.
