Abstract

"SISTEMA DE FIXAÇÃO ELÁSTICO DE TRILHO FERROVIÁRIO EM DORMENTE DE CONCRETO". A invenção se refere a um sistema de fixação elástico de trilho ferroviário (5) em dormente (7) de concreto que compreende uma porca (1), uma arruela lisa. (12), uma arruela isolante (2), um parafuso (4) de fixação, uma placa amortecedora (7) e um coxim (8) de apoio, em que a fixação é feita através de um conjunto formado por um grampo elástico (9), uma base (10) e um suporte (11). A base (10) é uma peça fundida integrada que compreende um corpo (16) tendo uma superfície de topo (14) quadrangular com cantos arredondados com um furo central (14) para passagem do parafuso (4) e peça possui uma parte anterior (13) de formato aproximadamente cilíndrico que se liga à superfície de topo por uma parte em rampa (17) e uma parte lateral inclinada (18).
