"PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DA CARCAÇA DO SOLENOÍDE AUTOMOTIVO E CARCAÇA DO SOLENOÍDE OBTIDA". Segundo o qual uma carcaça inteiriça, em baixo carbono, ou seja, aço 1006, apresenta menor relutância magnética e, portanto, menos grãos e menos memória magnética, evitando a deficiência ou retenção na passagem da carga elétrica; apresenta inovações estruturais na carcaça, as quais eliminam alguns dos elementos de montagem, diminuindo a mão-de-obra e, principalmente, o custo com material e perda dos mesmos durante a montagem do solenóide; o processo de obtenção da carcaça em questão é simples e totalmente automatizado, incluindo etapas de cisalhamento, estampagem tratamento térmico e químico do material.
