Patente de Invenção: "LIBERAÇÃO CONTROLADA POR EXTRUSÃO DE DISPERSÕES AMORFAS SÓLIDAS DE DROGAS" . São aqui apresentadas formas de dosagem de liberação controlada para drogas de baixa solubilidade em que uma dispersão sólida amorfa da droga é revestida com um revestimento que não se dissolve e que não sofre erosão, que controla o influxo de água para o núcleo de modo a causar extrusão de uma porção do núcleo, assim como um método para o tratamento de uma doença ou enfermidade, compreendendo a liberação dessa forma de dosagem a uma pessoa.
