Banco de veículo comportando uma travessa de segurança (9) horizontal que limita o deslocamento do usuário (5), em caso de acidente. Essa travessa é aproximada do usuário por um dispositivo de acionamento (16) em caso de acidente, seguindo uma certa trajetória de ativação, depois a travessa é deslocada em sentido inverso com frenagem em uma trajetória de dissipação, cuja parte inicial segue a parte final da trajetória de ativação.
