"AMORTECEDOR DE IMPACTO ENTRE CARRINHO DE SUPERMERCADO E CALCANHAR OU TENDÃO DE AQUILES DE PESSOAS", é em essência um dispositivo que opera como uma unidade funcional fruto de uma composição ideal entre um suporte de pára-choques e uma porção de material distensível, o amortecedor de impacto propriamente dito, ao suporte solidarizado. Gera-se assim com a composição do amortecedor caracterizado pelo material distensível e o suporte com o pára-choques que acolhe e fixa o amortecedor, uma unidade funcional; ainda, o suporte é a peça que vincula o amortecedor as ferragens frontais do carrinho e supermercado, fazendo-o dotado de um anteparo macio.
