Patente de Invenção: "SELO COMPLACENTE PARA UTILIZAÇÃO ENTRE UM EIXO DE DIREÇÃO E UMA ABERTURA ATRAVÉS DE UM PAINEL DE PÁRA-LAMA DE UM VEÍCULO AUTOMOTIVO" . Um dispositivo para selamento e para acomodação de um mal alinhamento angular entre um eixo de direção rotativo de um veículo automotivo e um painel de pára-lama, separando um compartimento para passageiros de um compartimento de motor, onde o eixo passa através de uma abertura no painel de pára-lama, o selo ou selamento compreende um membro anelar externo flexível, possuindo um formato similar ao da abertura no painel de pára-lama e possuindo uma dimensão suficiente para se sobrepor à borda da abertura, o membro anelar também possuindo elementos para projeção através da abertura e engate ao painel de pára-lama, a fim de manter o membro anelar externo em contato de selamento com o painel de pára-lama; um membro anelar interno suportando uma estrutura selo/suporte, esta estrutura selo/suporte possuindo um corpo com uma superfície circular externa, em engate de selamento com o membro anelar interno e um selo/suporte com uma superfície circular de suporte externa, rotativa no corpo e possuindo uma superfície de selamento interna congruente a uma superfície externa do eixo de direção; e uma membrana flexível para prover uma conexão de selamento entre o membro anelar interno e o membro anelar externo.
