Compreendido por um corpo principal formado por uma cinta anelar metálica, cuja extremidade lisa detém um rebaixo transversal na face interna projetando um ressalto na face externa, para acoplamento de um mancal provido em sua secção inferior de garras de fixação e centralmente de canal alojador, que recebe um parafuso, cujos fios de rosca engatam-se nos dentes de uma cremalheira, disposta na face superior do extremo oposto da cinta anelar metálica.
