DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM TAMPA PARA FECHAR E VEDAR EMBALAGENS FLEXÍVEIS APÓS SUA ABERTURA trata de um dispositivo para fechar e vedar embalagens flexíveis após abertura que possui um corpo principal (1), como uma tampa, moldada com o formato da embalagem (4). permitindo assim o encaixe e proteção da mesma, com uma abertura de passagem (3) e esta abertura central é formada por duas abas (2) em forma de "V", sendo que cada uma destas abas (2) possui uma extremidade presa (21) ao corpo principal (1) e uma extremidade livre (22) com um ângulo de 45 graus. Estas extremidades livres (22) vão de encontro uma com a outra, formando assim a abertura de passagem (3).
