O presente Modelo de Utilidade refere-se a um dispositivo que pode ser fabricado em qualquer material biocompatível usado cirurgicamente na área da Medicina, mais precisamente, na Ortopedia e Neurocirurgia. O referido dispositivo tem por objetivo promover a artrodese em articulações da coluna cervical, mantendo o espaço intravertebral. A utilização de tal dispositivo se faz necessária para o tratamento de hérnias discais cervicais e espondiloses cervicais.
